Who is Bernie?

My calling is to serve others, share, build communities, and explore.

I devote my energy to working with leaders to become better at their craft, make better decisions, and achieve better results for themselves, their companies, families, and communities. Through their leadership, they create autonomy and make positive differences in their lives and the lives they touch.

As the coach, mentor, and advisor, I ask probing questions, listen deeply, help people find their own solutions, and hold them accountable. This pushes us to become the best versions of ourselves.

As the facilitator of my diverse peer advisory groups, I work with members from various industries and backgrounds. We openly share our knowledge and experiences and challenge each other to see the other side of the beach ball. We gain fresh perspectives from thought leaders on ideas, issues, and opportunities.

Openness, honesty, and respect build trust that fosters accountability. With vulnerability and a growth mindset, I help leaders explore new perspectives and broaden their knowledge. This combination allows us to achieve results that would not be possible on our own.
