CEOs and Business Owners
CE Program members are CEOs, Presidents, and business owners from non-competing companies in SE Michigan. We meet nine times per year in working groups of up to 16 business leaders, facilitated by the Vistage Chair. In addition, the member and chair have nine confidential, closed-door, one-on-one executive coaching sessions per year.
C-Suite and Sr. Executives
KEY Program members are C-level executives, VPs, and directors from non-competing companies in SE Michigan. We meet nine times per year in working groups of up to 16 executives, facilitated by the Vistage Chair. In addition, the member and chair have four confidential, closed-door, one-on-one executive coaching sessions per year.
Experienced and Rising Managers
AL Program members are experienced managers and team leads ready to develop their leadership skills and advance to the next level in the organization. EL Program members are emerging and rising managers and individuals who want to build the foundational competencies for effective leadership.
Professional Service Providers
TA Program members are leaders in professional services such as law, PR, wealth management, and accounting who want to advance their services and skills and open new opportunities. These non-competing Trusted Advisors meet four times a year for half-day executive sessions and optional executive coaching sessions.
