Why join a peer group?

Successful and driven leaders often reach a point where their usual strategies aren’t enough – they can’t work harder, they won’t work longer, and working smarter isn’t happening quickly enough. By investing one day a month with other non-competing CEOs, business leaders, and owners, you can gain valuable insights, break free from isolation, and elevate your leadership.

Vistage’s unique approach includes monthly in-person problem-solving meetings with peers, individual executive coaching, expert speaker workshops, a Web-based best practices library, and access to a worldwide network of more than 45,000 executives in over 30 countries.

Surround yourself with accomplished peers for extraordinary outcomes in both your professional and personal life. Share your expertise to help others.

Unsure if Vistage is Right for You?

Many new members quickly realize the benefits
In their first meeting, they often feel relief from the isolation that comes with leadership. Although they are surrounded by people, the weight of their words often isolates them, every comment can turn into policy.
Within 90 days, many members say, they stop doing other people’s work. They stop competing with their own people. They start getting home earlier, able to attend to the most important people in their lives.
Within their first year, they report making better decisions and seeing results that far exceed the cost of membership – sometimes by 10x or even 100x.
Vistage peer groups offer a confidential space to share experiences and gain valuable insights from others who understand your challenges.
